("Nufin," "we," "us," or "our"), an indirect auto lending platform based in Georgia. By partnering with us or using our services, including the dealer portal and website (https://nufin.com), you agree to these T&Cs. If you disagree, do not participate.
Services
Nufin facilitates vehicle financing by connecting your dealership with third-party lenders. We provide a platform to submit customer loan applications, assess creditworthiness using our technology, and arrange funding upon approval. Nufin is not a lender; loans are funded by our partners.
Dealer Obligations
Submit accurate customer loan applications via our portal.Provide required sale and vehicle documentation (e.g., title, contract) for funding.Comply with all applicable Georgia and federal laws, including fair lending and consumer protection regulations.Disclose to customers that financing is subject to lender approval and facilitated by Nufin.Funding and Compensation

- We retain dealer and customer data as needed for business purposes or legal compliance, typically up to 7 years after our relationship ends, per IRS and lending regulations.

Rights and Choices
- Request access to or correction of your dealership data by contacting us. Customer data inquiries should go through their respective lenders.
