("Nufin," "we," "us," or "our"), an indirect auto lending platform based in Georgia. By partnering with us or using our services, including the dealer portal and website (https://nufin.com), you agree to these T&Cs. If you disagree, do not participate.

Services

Nufin facilitates vehicle financing by connecting your dealership with third-party lenders. We provide a platform to submit customer loan applications, assess creditworthiness using our technology, and arrange funding upon approval. Nufin is not a lender; loans are funded by our partners.

Dealer Obligations

  • Submit accurate customer loan applications via our portal.
  • Provide required sale and vehicle documentation (e.g., title, contract) for funding.
  • Comply with all applicable Georgia and federal laws, including fair lending and consumer protection regulations.
  • Disclose to customers that financing is subject to lender approval and facilitated by Nufin.

    • Funding and Compensation

  • Loans are funded by lenders after approval and document verification, typically within 2-5 business days (subject to lender terms).
  • Nufin does not charge dealers directly; compensation (e.g., reserves) is set by lender agreements.

    • Termination

  • Either party may end this relationship with 30 days’ written notice. Nufin may terminate immediately for fraud, legal violations, or T&Cs breaches.

    • Governing Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by Georgia law. Disputes will be resolved in Cobb County courts.

    • Changes

  • We may update these T&Cs, effective upon posting. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

    • We retain dealer and customer data as needed for business purposes or legal compliance, typically up to 7 years after our relationship ends, per IRS and lending regulations.

    Rights and Choices

    • Request access to or correction of your dealership data by contacting us. Customer data inquiries should go through their respective lenders.

    • Nufin may suspend accounts for security risks or policy violations.

    Enforcement

    • Violations may result in account suspension, termination of partnership, or legal action if warranted. We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse.
